How do we ensure that teams achieve the business results by getting the maximum out of the available competences?
Interviews to discover how team members view the business challenges and to assess the presence and / or absence of the team’s need for and willingness to change. In collaboration with a project group, we then converted the findings to a change approach, the Business Impact Agreement. Short training sessions in communicative skills helped the team to give effective feedback.
Together we created a working method in which feedback is self-evident. The balance between being proud and satisfied about what is going well and raising the bar where necessary is perceived as natural. Individuals take a positive critical look at their own performance and at the performance of colleagues.
