The request

Further development of the communicative skills and client focus amongst experts and guiding the management team during a change process.

The approach

A programme which promotes internal communication and also served as a means to train in terms of client focus, for all employees within the relevant department. The management team participated in change management training.

The result

Higher level of employee satisfaction because of increased enjoyment of the work. Two departments were brought together and work together in harmony.
